Job Summary:

The Change Management Training Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive change management communications strategies and training programs that drive engagement, adoption, and consumption of process, organizational, and technology changes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet business needs and improve performance metrics.
  • Partner with cross-functional and global colleagues to drive operational change management and training expertise.
  • Support training efforts by providing input, documenting requirements, and designing and delivering training programs.
  • Analyze the impact on the business, including stakeholders, policies, and processes, of any process or automation technology project or initiative.
  • Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Supervise execution of activities related to organizational change management and end-user readiness.
  • Evaluate individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance metrics.
  • Responsible for ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals.
  • Run training sessions and workshops to educate colleagues on how to apply change management across the global L&D network.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Research new training supplies and materials that can enhance TMC L&D training procedures while providing value to employees.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence others to achieve objectives.
  • Highly skilled at facilitation, training, and information gathering.
  • Proficient at crafting compelling and aesthetically pleasing presentations.
  • Strong organizational awareness, business acumen, and customer orientation.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to advise and engage teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Proven analytical and strategic thinking skills to achieve business metrics.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve complex issues.
  • Project management skills in delivering internal projects and with external partners.
  • Data analysis via Excel and other statistical software.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, or a related discipline.
  • 5 years' experience in change management, with a proven record of delivering successful training, change projects, and/or project management.
  • Experience working in a global organization with complex/geographical context.
  • Experience with building change management strategy, framework, and training plans.
  • Professional certification in Training Management, such as CPTM or PMP, is preferred.
  • Six Sigma/LEAN experience preferred.
