Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced System Engineer to join our team at Serco North America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in system engineering, contract management, and acquisition management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
  • Lead design and development activities, guiding users in formulating requirements and advising alternative approaches.
  • Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology, incorporating new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.
  • Develop technical documentation, including system architecture and system design documentation.
  • Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment and preparation of system engineering management plans, system integration, and test plans.
  • Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues, or conflicts.
  • Hold ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.
  • Communicate with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.

Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • U.S. citizenship.
  • Fourteen (14) years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • A bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
