IT Agile Team Lead/Scrum Master

Michelin is seeking a highly skilled IT Agile Team Lead/Scrum Master to join our team. As a key member of our Agile team, you will be responsible for fostering a high-performance team environment, ensuring the team's self-organization, and protecting them from outside interferences.
Key Responsibilities:- Exhibit a solid understanding of Agile Values and Principles and implement them in a practical manner.
- Ensure the team has access to common industry practices, tools, and techniques for effective Product Vision, Product Discovery, Product Roadmaps, Estimating, Planning, Delivery, etc.
- In partnership with the Product Owner, mentor and coach the team on User Story writing, story sizing, and acceptance criteria definition.
- Facilitate the definition of minimal viable product and encourage continuous refinement and prioritization of the product backlog.
- Ensure the team works efficiently and in a mode of continuous improvement, with regular updates and communicating important performance metrics and results.
- Coach the team to achieve world-class performance around Delivering in an incremental and iterative manner.
- Assist with internal and external team communication, improving transparency of the team's work.
- Previous Scrum Master or Agile Team Lead experience is preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience working in an Agile team; understanding of common Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
- Certification in Scrum Master, CSPO, ICP-ATF (IC Agile Team Facilitation) or equivalent is a plus.
- Ability to create an environment of trust, transparency, and collaboration in the team.
- Passion about customer satisfaction and inspire the team to do everything possible to delight their customers.
- Ability to engage in difficult conversations that result in positive, actionable outcome.
- Experience using Jira Agile, Miro, Online Retro Tools (ex: MetroRetro), Planning Poker, etc.
- Excellent people and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of technical activities needed for IT deliveries.
