  • Enforce center pass policies, maintaining a secure and controlled environment.
  • Provide escort services as directed, ensuring the safety and security of personnel and visitors.
  • Monitor and report on fleet management, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement scheduling for security officers and drivers, ensuring adequate coverage and resource allocation.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Six months of experience in a security or related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
Preferred Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of law enforcement procedures and protocols.
  • Basic knowledge of riot and crowd control procedures, with the ability to intervene in physical altercations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and mediation skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups of people, including those with special needs.
  • Proficient in the use of computer software, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
