Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of professionals to support the growth and expansion of the Orange County office

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Juris Doctor preferred
  • 4+ years of experience with community-based organizations, particularly those focused on social justice and advocacy for the AAPI community in Orange County
  • 6+ years of fundraising or philanthropic experience
  • 8+ years of management experience; senior leadership experience preferred
