We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as a Vice President of IT. This key leadership position will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our IT systems and services.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of information technology, a proven track record in managing complex IT environments, and the ability to drive innovation and efficiency. They will be responsible for coordinating and providing leadership in the formulation, evolution, and execution of BearCom's information systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with BearCom's overall business objectives
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of IT services
  • Oversee the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans to reduce the impact of critical systems being lost
  • Ensure the integrity, security, and availability of IT systems and data
  • Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to optimize cost and performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven experience in developing and executing IT strategies and managing large-scale IT projects
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure, IT systems, including ERPs, software systems, and databases
  • Expertise in IT security, compliance, and data privacy regulations
