Job Title: Church Groups Pastor

**About the Role**

We are seeking a passionate and collaborative leader to serve as our Church Groups Pastor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping people find freedom through groups and developing volunteers to lead initiatives.

**Responsibilities**

* Identify and recruit new leaders to start Life Groups at the Firewheel campus
* Recruit, develop, and equip volunteer leadership for groups
* Help adults attending the Firewheel campus find a Life Group
* Lead various ministry initiatives at the Firewheel campus
* Lead major Life Group projects/events at the Firewheel campus (Group Connect, Marriage Night, etc)
* Actively engage in monthly All-Staff meetings and worship
* Provide pastoral and leadership direction to adults at the Firewheel campus
* Participate and lead in campus-wide initiatives and event(s)
* Other duties as assigned by your supervisor

**Requirements**

* Ability to recruit and build volunteer teams
* Ability to handle confidential information
* Teachable spirit, humble - pursuing feedback and coaching
* Strong, Biblical knowledge of how to respond to a variety of counseling situations
* BA or BS degree preferred
