Job Summary

Ryder System Inc. is seeking a skilled Class B CDL Truck Driver to join our team. As a solo driver, you will be responsible for delivering goods to various locations in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle to transport goods safely and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules
  • Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards
  • Load and unload freight as required by customers
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Pass a Ryder drug test
  • Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check
  • Pass a DOT physical
  • Pass a Ryder road test
  • Provide a valid Class A or Class B CDL and endorsements
  • Have verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle
