Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations, or a related field.
  • 2 years of professional experience in creating and managing communications.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in recreation, communications, journalism, or community development.
  • Ability to work full-time hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively with a resident board and committee members, as well as volunteers.
