Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at LHC Group. As a key member of our home health care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and perform technical skilled care in the patient's home.
Responsibilities
Provide quality patient care and perform technical skilled care in the patient's home
Instruct patients and their families in the care of the patient and maintenance of a healthy environment
Observe, record, and report to the supervising nurse and/or physician the patient's response to treatment and changes in the patient's condition daily
Requirements
Current LPN licensure in the state of practice
Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
CPR Certification required
