About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team at Inizio Engage. As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will play a critical role in delivering educational support and training to Healthcare Professionals and office staff within oncology facilities/offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide education through in-services to HCPs and HCP staff on product-specific information, including product information, disease state information, dosing protocols, and administration of product.
  • Present educational programs to Healthcare Professionals in accordance with the needs of each office.
  • Engage in program-related communications with client's field-based sales force (representatives and district managers).
  • Communicate concerns identified during the in-service education process to the Manager.
  • Accurately and timely report all visits, including type of education conducted, length of visit, and office visited.
  • Report on interactions with HCPs and HCP staff.
  • Complete all required administrative responsibilities in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and schedule travel to oncology offices with client Sales Representatives.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers.
  • Attend and complete all training courses and related competency assessments required by Inizio or the Client.
  • Maintain all company equipment and materials in accordance with company instructions.
  • Comply with all Inizio Policies and Procedures, as well as Client Policies and Procedures as required.
  • Maintain professional registration and/or licensing as required by applicable state laws.
Requirements
  • Active nursing license in good standing in at least one state where in-services are being conducted.
  • At least three (3) years of oncology nursing experience, including direct patient care, physical assessment, patient education, group in-servicing, and proficiency in peripheral IV access.
  • Chemotherapy infusion experience required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrable organizational skills and/or previous territory management is preferred.
  • A self-starter with high personal motivation.
  • Valid motor vehicle license and proof of insurance.
  • Ability to travel, including overnight travel, up to 100%.
  • Good communication, speaking, and writing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in IV Therapy (CRNI) preferred.
  • Adult oncology experience.
