- Ensure a balanced flow of the supply chain through daily operations to fulfill customer requirements.
- Foster, enhance, and sustain exceptional customer service for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist operations with the prompt and precise replenishment of necessary materials.
- Provide guidance through observations and deliver constructive performance evaluations.
- Conduct on-the-job training for Operations Specialists, identifying training and cross-training requirements.
- Report any process discrepancies that may pose a business risk to internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of a team-oriented Continuous Improvement culture.
- Facilitate communication among employees, production teams, and the organization.
- Ensure timely, respectful, and tactful communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical institution is preferred.
- 1-3 years of direct supervisory experience is required.
- Strong skills in leadership, organization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Safety awareness is of utmost importance.
- Proficient understanding of computer systems and software applications.
- Ability to operate forklifts, conveyors, pallet jacks, carts, and/or other equipment.
Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Compensation: Starting at $17 per hour.
Note: This position has the potential to transition to full-time employment.
