About the Role:
  • Support the Executive Housekeeper in managing and directing housekeeping functions.
  • Collaborate with other essential departments to guarantee top-notch service and hospitality.

  • Responsible for meeting financial, employee, and guest service objectives within the department.
Qualifications:
  • A four-year college degree is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a reputable hotel overseeing a housekeeping team of 10 or more.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Effective communication skills with guests, team members, and management.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills utilizing common sense and established policies.
  • Familiarity with business software, particularly MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Hourly pay rate: $25.00 to $26.13
