Job Summary

As a Mammoth Mountain Supervisor, you will be responsible for directly supervising food-service associates in accordance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train employees, plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance, reward, and discipline associates; address complaints and resolve problems.
  • Advise management of purchasing requirements, focusing on minimizing waste and avoiding product shortages.
  • Use approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
  • Operate and clean equipment in accordance with department procedures after each use.
  • Store, label, and date food items according to policy; maintain established food rotations in storage to minimize spoilage and waste.
  • Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.

  • Help serve meals and remain present during scheduled meal periods to receive customer comments and feedback.
