Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional patient care, including medical diagnosis, treatment, and education.
- Collaborate with regional management to participate in community events and promote The Little Clinic.
- Manage clinic inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost-effective clinical operations.
- Participate in peer review, staff, quality assurance, and other meetings as required.
- Support mentor program and provide ongoing nursing education to team members.
- Perform quality control on instrumentation and utilize company information systems as directed.
- Provide coverage for other clinics in the region as needed and assigned by regional management.
- Control costs at the clinics to meet budgeted profitability goals.
- Maintain a presence in the community through active membership in local nursing organizations and participation in community outreach programs.
- Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) as Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Active license, AANP or ANCC certification, and credentialing in the state in which you will be working.
- Excellent telephone, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to prioritize.
- Good computer skills; electronic medical record experience preferred.
- Ability to travel independently and remain confidential.
- Valid driver's license.
