At The Little Clinic, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, building relationships with patients and healthcare community, and promoting health and wellness through diagnosis and treatment of illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including medical diagnosis, treatment, and education.
  • Collaborate with regional management to participate in community events and promote The Little Clinic.
  • Manage clinic inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost-effective clinical operations.
  • Participate in peer review, staff, quality assurance, and other meetings as required.
  • Support mentor program and provide ongoing nursing education to team members.
  • Perform quality control on instrumentation and utilize company information systems as directed.
  • Provide coverage for other clinics in the region as needed and assigned by regional management.
  • Control costs at the clinics to meet budgeted profitability goals.
  • Maintain a presence in the community through active membership in local nursing organizations and participation in community outreach programs.
Requirements:
  • Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) as Family Nurse Practitioner.
  • Active license, AANP or ANCC certification, and credentialing in the state in which you will be working.
  • Excellent telephone, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to prioritize.
  • Good computer skills; electronic medical record experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel independently and remain confidential.
  • Valid driver's license.
