Family Medicine Physician Wanted in Columbus, IN

We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Doctors Park Family Medicine in Columbus, IN. This is a full-time position with a guaranteed compensation of $250,000 per year for the first two years, plus a $100,000 recruitment incentive tied to a 5-year commitment. The potential earnings are $260,000 per year during the guarantee period, with subsequent years offering production incentives and value-based incentives.
The practice is centrally located in Columbus, IN, and has been serving patients of all ages for over 30 years. The current medical staff includes four physicians and five nurse practitioners, with each provider supported by an MA. The office has 19 patient rooms, uses EPIC EMR, and offers on-site ancillary services, including CRH Lab. The patient population and volume are average 18-20 patients per day per physician/provider, with types of outpatient visits ranging from wellness to acute visits. Hospitalists are utilized for patient admissions, and providers do not round at CRH.
The practice operates Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-4:30 pm, with night/weekend call shared with MyCare, divided among 17 providers, and day call 7 am-5 pm divided based on FTE status. Columbus, IN is known for its rich history and community-oriented environment, offering a variety of outdoor recreational opportunities, cultural events, and proximity to major cities like Indianapolis, Louisville, and Cincinnati.
