Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team as a Plant Controller. This individual will be responsible for providing financial leadership and support to our manufacturing facilities, driving operational and financial performance, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial guidance and support to plant leadership teams on operational decisions and their impact on financial results.
  • Prepare and review operational key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial statements, including deep analytics of plant performance.
  • Oversee the monthly financial close process for the plant, including account reconciliations.
  • Participate in daily stand-up meetings and monthly operational meetings to drive production and financial performance.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Strong Excel skills for financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Desire to be in the plant/on the manufacturing floor on a daily basis.
  • Conceptual understanding of US GAAP.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels within the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing finance.
Physical Requirements
  • Sedentary Work.
Travel Requirements
  • 21-40% travel.
