Key Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly clean resident accommodations, which encompasses dusting, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, and disposing of waste.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all communal areas as directed by the Housekeeping Manager, ensuring a sanitary environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Deliver work that meets or surpasses resident satisfaction as indicated by feedback surveys.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the organization's Mission, Vision, and Values.
  • Exhibit courteous and considerate behavior at all times, fostering good listening skills to engage with residents and preemptively address concerns.
  • Be open to undertaking additional tasks as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
  • Adhere to scheduled work hours as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a High School diploma or GED and be at least 18 years of age.
