Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Brown Derby Stores Inc. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register with accuracy and efficiency, handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ensure all products are stocked on the sales floor and replenish shelf stock as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and maintain a high level of attendance.
  • Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers and resolving issues in a professional manner.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or retail industry preferred.
  • Experience working with beer, liquor, and/or wine preferred but not required.
  • Ability to multitask, handle multiple responsibilities, and work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and motivation throughout the shift.
