FutureRecruit is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team in Lancaster, PA. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing process improvements to optimize plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes
- Develop and maintain process documentation and procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in process engineering and/or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Plant 3D software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
