At Gulf Distributing Holdings, LLC, we are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Financial Transaction Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

The Financial Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date. This includes reconciling drivers' invoices, verifying driver paperwork, and ensuring that all checks received are deposited and match with cashier sheets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile drivers' invoices on a daily basis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify driver paperwork and make any necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure that all drivers are following company policies and procedures for reconciliation.
  • Verify load sheets are being checked in by the warehouse and make any necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure that all checks received are deposited and match with cashier sheets.
  • Verify DSDs quantity matches the invoices for certain accounts.
  • Closing out End of Day Report by doing Register (directly reporting to managers vital information).
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
