Position Overview:
As a Senior System Analyst at Swing Consulting Inc, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of digital initiatives.

3. Provide support to both vendors and internal teams throughout project assignments, application development, and system integration processes.

Essential Qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, IT Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in application design and support, including at least 5 years in a System Analyst role.
- Proven experience in large-scale web project development and the software development lifecycle (SDLC), encompassing requirements gathering, analysis, development, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment.
- Proficiency in database management skills (RDBMS, Oracle PL/SQL, T-SQL, MS SQL Server 2016 or later is advantageous).
- Practical experience with at least one of the following programming languages:
- C#, .NET
- JavaScript (React/Angular/Others)
- Java (Spring)
- Familiarity with AWS Cloud, DevOps practices, Agile methodologies, and Scrum is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
