About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Leasing Specialist to join our team at Atlas Real Estate. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for promoting and continuously reinforcing the Atlas Culture and Values.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Promote and continuously reinforce the Atlas Culture and Values by always telling the truth, doing the right thing, understanding and complying with applicable law and Atlas policies, using good judgment, treating every person with dignity and respect, seeking guidance when questions arise, intervening to prevent others from acting if they contemplate violating the law or Atlas policies, raising your hand to leadership if you encounter possible violations, and providing bad news first and fast.
- Provide leasing support for Portfolio Managers by conducting QC/final walk throughs and taking photos, reporting deficiencies to the PM, scheduling/taking professional photos of rent-ready units, creating marketing advertisements, utilizing Tenant Turner, Facebook, and other programs to generate lead flow, responding to leads and showings, open houses, collecting property feedback from leads and providing it to the property manager, conducting showings and leasing properties, performing move-in walk-throughs, facilitating the leasing process from approved application through move-in, drafting leases for PM to send out, reporting any and all property deficiencies/repair needs to PM/APM, continuing education for maintaining an active real estate license, managing a calendar for your portfolio, tracking dates regarding lease renewals, non-renewals, regular maintenance, and other important dates, building and maintaining positive relationships with prospects, vendors, and coworkers, and applying the Urgent vs. Important Matrix to determine levels of need and forms of communication and actions.
- Fulfill any additional duties as assigned by the team, including but not limited to reporting any and all property deficiencies/repair needs to PM/APM, continuing education for maintaining an active real estate license, managing a calendar for your portfolio, building and maintaining positive relationships with prospects, vendors, and coworkers, using high-touch communication methods, such as Teams, phone calls, texts, and email, applying the Urgent vs. Important Matrix to determine levels of need and forms of communication and actions, directing prospects to applications, reviewing and processing leases, obtaining required approvals, delivering to residents, and closing deals, working with a team and different departments to complete tasks, attending daily check-ins with Portfolio Manager for daily tasks, using AppFolio to update correct property information and pulling reports as noticed, and developing a full understanding of the Portfolio Management Role.
Requirements
- A Colorado Real Estate License is required.
- Leasing experience is necessary.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other basic office technology is essential.
- A High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience in customer management and relationship development is necessary.
- A commitment to continual learning and growth is required.
- You must be a high-functioning multi-tasker.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- The ability to problem-solve is necessary.
- You must be able to take direction and follow procedures.
- Strong organizational skills are required.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
- You must pass a background check.
- Weekend availability and flexibility during the week are required.
Benefits
- We offer a base salary of $42,000 - $48,000 per year, depending on skills and experience.
- A 20% Annual Performance-Based Bonus, paid out monthly based on KPIs.
