Albany, GA - We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Care Coordinator for the Acute Medical Surgical unit at AlmrStaffing. This is a full-time opportunity with competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who can provide high-quality patient care and coordinate clinical activities in a fast-paced medical surgical environment. As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing individualized plans of care, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and social needs; develop and implement individualized plans of care that align with hospital standards and policies.
  • Clinical Coordination: Coordinate clinical activities, such as medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring, to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, reduce errors, and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution (Required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
  • Experience: At least 1 year of nursing experience in a medical surgical setting
  • Licensure: Current Georgia RN license; Basic Life Support certification

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $38-$47 per hour, with shift differentials and critical pay.
