Position Title: Paid Canvasser

Work Locations: Various locations

Employment Type: Contract/Project Based

Duration: Varies based on project needs

Schedule: Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Role Summary:
As a Paid Canvasser, you will be instrumental in our mission to engage and empower voters in key regions. Your main duties will include interacting with community members, delivering accurate information regarding upcoming elections, candidates, and significant ballot measures, and motivating them to take part in the electoral process. This role presents a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on civic engagement and contribute to the democratic framework.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds. The successful candidate will be professional, organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. Prior experience in similar roles is advantageous.

Essential Qualifications:
- Proficient in reading and writing
- Access to reliable transportation
- Completion of a High School Diploma or GED
- Availability to work as scheduled
- Physical capability to walk and/or stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in political or electoral outreach
- Familiarity with field strategies and metrics
- Knowledge of canvassing software and platforms

Compensation: $30 per hour (dependent on role and project)
