Job Responsibilities: As an HR Administrative Assistant at Insight Global, your key responsibilities will include providing support with HR, HRIS, Accounting, Office Management, Scheduling, and administrative tasks. You will work closely with the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will be working on-site one or two times a week at our office in Rockville, MD, and remotely for the remainder of the time. Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
  • Providing support with HR, HRIS, Accounting, Office Management, Scheduling, and administrative tasks
  • Working closely with the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
  • Managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Estimated salary: $20-$22 per hour.
