Job Title: Structural Steel Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Steel Project Manager to join our team at Met-Con, Inc. in Cocoa, FL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of structural steel projects from start to finish.

About the Role

As a Structural Steel Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing all aspects of structural steel projects, from initial planning to final completion
  • Working closely with our team of professionals, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards
  • Coordinating with engineers and architects to ensure project plans are accurate and up-to-date
  • Managing project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Ensuring all safety requirements are met and adhering to industry regulations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in the industry
  • Expertise in project management software, such as Tekla, Fabtrol, Microsoft Project, and Primavera
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, and Paid Time Off.
