Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Cath Lab Technician to join our team at Research Medical Center. As a key member of our cardiovascular services team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic invasive cardiology patient procedures in the catheterization labs, working closely with physicians and nursing personnel.
  • Collect and assemble data for database, outcome analysis, and performance improvement.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation and respond promptly to the Cath Lab when on call.
  • Collaborate with the Cath Lab Supervisor and CV Services Director to ensure the department runs effectively and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technologist program or Invasive Cardiovascular Technology program.
  • Two years of current experience in Cath lab may be substituted for completion of Radiology Technologist program or invasive cardiovascular technologist (CVT) program completion.
  • One year of experience in Cath lab, or equivalent clinical experience as part of educational program.
