Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as the main point of contact between business divisions, IT departments, and vendors. Comprehend and express business requirements to formulate effective technology solutions.

Requirements Gathering:
Collect and evaluate business needs through discussions with internal clients, converting them into precise technical specifications.

Solution Development:

Project Oversight:

Preferred Qualifications

Experience:

At least 1 year in IT or Information Systems, with a minimum of 3 years in a Business Analyst capacity.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with project management software. Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Communication:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and present information clearly to varied audiences.
