About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Leader to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, managing store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth and Customer Experience:

    You will analyze sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to determine business needs and execute in-store business strategies. This includes establishing clear expectations, holding store teams accountable for achieving brand standards, and controlling payroll and supply budgets.

  • Store Operations:

    As a Store Operations Leader, you will oversee basic operational activities, including scheduling, target shrink audits, physical inventory, opening and closing duties, and merchandise flow processes. You will also ensure compliance with laws, loss prevention policies, and operating procedures by conducting associate training.

  • Culture Development and Leadership:

    You will develop a high-performance culture by motivating sales teams to meet assigned sales and productivity goals. This includes training and coaching associates on product knowledge and reinforcing the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent;

  • At least 2 years of retail management experience; and

  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires constant walking and standing (67-100% of an 8-hour shift), occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and frequent climbing.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
