Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to lead our store team in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Salary:$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our store, including supervising staff, controlling inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage stock levels, control waste, and optimize inventory
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of store appearance and cleanliness
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new ideas and initiatives to improve store performance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a management or supervisory role within a retail or food industry environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
