The Valet Supervisor will ensure operational excellence across various hotel and restaurant venues. In this pivotal role, you will oversee service operations, recruitment, and the management of valet staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor valet staff.
  • Conduct team audits and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Manage financial budgets, including labor and operational costs.
  • Prepare and submit company reports.
  • Facilitate new hire documentation for HR.
  • Process payroll and tips for valet staff.
  • Investigate and report any claims.
  • Schedule staff for all shifts across locations.
  • Assist with parking operations during peak times and fill in as needed.
  • Conduct performance evaluations in line with company standards.
  • Participate in weekly client meetings and coordinate event planning.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
