Job Summary

We are seeking a highly visible Loss Prevention Service Specialist to join our team at Kohl's. This part-time role will be placed in high-risk stores and will be responsible for engaging customers, promoting customer service, and providing deterrence to theft.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement Kohl's Smile and Say Hi initiatives to promote customer service
  • Assist in implementing loss prevention strategy
  • Promote a neat and clean store appearance at the entrance
  • Conduct associate package checks
  • Work in Center Core or at entrances to deter theft and provide customer service

Requirements

  • Maintain attendance according to Kohl's standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Maintain high ethical standards and adhere to Kohl's policies and procedures
  • Maintain standards of appearance by following the required Kohl's dress code
  • Ability to participate in physical activities, including walking, lifting, and climbing on a regular basis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Prior experience in retail loss prevention, security, or law enforcement

Pay and Benefits

Pay starts at $16.00 per hour.
