We are seeking a seasoned and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Traveling Intensive Care Unit Nurse in the Step Down Unit. About the JobThis position requires an experienced RN who can effectively navigate complex care situations, communicate with multidisciplinary teams, and prioritize patient safety. As a Traveling Intensive Care Unit Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, managing challenging medical scenarios, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive patient care, addressing both physical and emotional needs
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and care
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions of care
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN in an intensive care unit setting
- Current licensure in the state where the assignment is located
- Ability to pass background checks and provide reference letters
The estimated salary range for this position is between $$$60-$80 per hour, depending on location and level of experience.
