The Western Placer Unified School District is seeking a highly skilled Intervention Services Provider to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in supporting the academic and personal growth of our students.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support students with diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other support staff to ensure comprehensive student support
- Provide targeted instructional support to students in need of additional academic assistance
- Monitor student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress
- Four-year college degree in education, English/Language arts, or Math
