Forest Hills of DC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor and Charge Nurse to oversee nursing personnel and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures within our facility.
Responsibilities- Supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to facility policies.
- Guide nursing personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
- Oversee the administration of medications and treatments as per established protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and intervene as necessary to enhance care outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards within the nursing department.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the District of Columbia.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
