  • Verify daily vehicle maintenance and maintain proper documentation
  • Manage daily routes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products
  • Load and unload products according to company policies and procedures
  • Review invoices for completeness and accuracy
  • Meet sales goals and promote route growth to enhance profitability
  • Develop leads and prospects, and solicit business from new customers
  • Assist the sales organization with procurement of new business
  • Communicate services, policies, and pricing methods to customers
  • Monitor customer feedback and handle customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Ensure personal safety and the safety of others

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license
  • Excellent driving record and customer service experience
  • Strong math and basic computer skills
  • Demonstrated experience selling services and generating new business
  • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment

Working Environment:

Aramark Uniform Services is a fast-paced environment that requires irregular and long hours. The Relief CSR will be exposed to adverse and varying weather conditions, and must be able to lift and maneuver products up to 25 pounds without assistance.

Education and Certifications:

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
