Your Role
As a Claims Management Specialist, you will be responsible for the commercial processing of motor vehicle damages, including:
- Damage Document Submission: You will submit damage documents and ensure that they are complete and accurate.
- Customer and Insurance Company Communication: You will correspond with customers and insurance companies to resolve claims and disputes.
- Payment Receipt Review: You will review payment receipts and ensure that they are correct and up-to-date.
- Settlement Letter Verification: You will verify settlement letters and inspection reports from insurance companies.
- Objection and Statement Preparation: You will prepare objections and statements to support our claims.
- Legal Action Decision: You will work with lawyers to decide on legal action in cases where necessary.
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Vocational Training: You should have completed vocational training, ideally in the automotive or insurance industry, or in the field of legal assistant.
- Structured Work Style: You should be able to work independently and responsibly, with a structured approach to tasks.
- System Application Skills: You should have secure handling of common system applications, especially in the context of claims management.
