Job Description

Discover is seeking a highly skilled Business Risk Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating operational, financial, and compliance risks across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk mitigation plans.
  • Monitor and report on risk exposure and control effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Financial Services, Marketing, Compliance, Internal Audit Operations, Vendor Management areas, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in Financial Services, Marketing, Compliance, Internal Audit Operations, Vendor Management areas, Operational and Regulatory or related field.
  • Prior experience in risk management or compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
