Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an industrial electrical environment.
Essential Skills:
Proficient in interpreting blueprints and schematics, with hands-on experience using both hand and power tools.
Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, with a solid grasp of wiring and assembly processes.
Experience in panel shop operations and cabinet construction.
Demonstrates a positive attitude and reliability, with a commitment to learning and contributing to team success.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict project timelines.
Desirable Experience:
Experience in electrical maintenance tasks related to PLC/CNC systems, servo motors, servo drives, and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
Capable of working collaboratively in a team while also being self-motivated and focused on individual tasks.
Vocational training or certification in a relevant technical field is advantageous.
Exhibits a high level of electrical proficiency and possesses strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general assembly of electrical cabinets and fabrication tasks under the guidance of supervisory personnel.
Interpret technical documents to fulfill assembly requirements.
Engage with PLCs and programmed logic functions pertinent to industrial machinery.
Adhere to industrial electrical wiring standards.
Utilize hand and power tools for the assembly and modification of electrical enclosures and components.
Document configuration changes for future reference.
Conduct various tasks including assembly, cleanup, disassembly, and shipment preparation, along with facility maintenance.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of machine functionality, assembly, and repair processes.
Execute tasks efficiently and accurately while maintaining effective communication within the team.
Participate in occasional new machine assembly at client locations, including wiring, cable management, and testing of machine functionalities.
