Position Summary:


We are looking for a committed individual to fill the role of Floor Technician. In this position, you will be tasked with cleaning, maintaining, and restoring various flooring types. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Execute various cleaning operations utilizing ServiceMaster tools and protocols
  • Responsibilities include: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, polishing, carpet maintenance, and more
  • Must possess a solid understanding of floor maintenance methods and equipment usage
  • Manage inventory and adhere to safety protocols
  • Previous experience in floor care is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Willingness to learn and thrive in a dynamic environment is essential
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities are crucial
Physical Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Capability to lift up to 55lbs and perform various physical activities
  • Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions
  • Skill in distinguishing between different cleaning agents
