About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate at Crossroads Trading Co. Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers, providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming shopping experience
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect second-hand items, showcasing our unique and sustainable fashion offerings
  • Process sales transactions, manage cash handling, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including arranging displays and maintaining store aesthetics
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support store operations

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, with a focus on customer service and sales
  • Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
