Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a progressive care unit setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient conditions in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Requirements:
- Active nursing license in good standing.
- 2 years of experience in a hospital setting.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Ability to work 36 hours per week with a 12-hour shift schedule.
Unit Information:
- 46-bed progressive care unit with a 4:1 to 5:1 patient-to-nurse ratio.
- GE Apex Pro Telemetry box and other advanced equipment.
- Collaborative and supportive team environment with a focus on patient-centered care.
