Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facilities Housekeeper Direct. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining the clean room to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Abide by and adhere to all safety and security rules and regulations, reporting any infractions.
  • Handle, collect, label, and transfer hazardous chemical waste according to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Work effectively under supervision from a lead and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Read and comprehend procedures written in English and work from written instructions.
  • Inspect own work for accuracy and adherence to policies.
  • Develop strong interpersonal communication skills to work effectively with other associates.
  • Learn and comply with new methods, processes, and policies.
  • Respond with a sense of urgency and work productively.
  • Work safely in high places using ladders or lifts.
  • Successfully complete training on biohazards and other regulatory requirements.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new procedures and policies.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred.
