Key Responsibilities:

As a Sanitation Associate at Willkomm's, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff. This includes keeping the cashier area clean and organized, ensuring the kitchen completes orders in a timely manner, and protecting the assets of the company.

Customer Service:
You will interact with customers by taking and receiving orders, processing payment, and responding to their needs. This includes communicating all customer concerns and comments to the Shift Leader to ensure the best experience for our guests.

Additional Responsibilities:
You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, organized, and well-stocked restaurant. This includes cleaning all areas of the restaurant, including the stockroom and kitchen area, and ensuring all areas are properly clean, sanitized, and presentable to guests at all times. Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping inventory of supplies and communicating effectively with the Leader any customer concerns, complaints, product requests, etc.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must be able to lift heavy items, ranging from 25 to 50 lbs, and operate equipment, cash registers, etc. You must also be able to comprehend and follow all company procedures and regulations regarding food handling and sanitation. A courteous and efficient approach to handling customer requests, questions, and complaints is also essential.
