Grill Team Member

As a Grill Associate at Willkomm's, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This role involves interacting with customers, taking and receiving orders, processing payments, and responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests to the restaurant, creating a sense of welcome and personalized service excellence for the guest.
- Interact with customers by taking and receiving orders, processing payment, and responding to whatever the customer needs.
- Basic Math skills, able to make change quickly and accurately.
- Ensure customer receives the best service.
- Display an active presence in public areas, interacting with guests.
- Monitor resources, ensuring the tools are available to deliver services that meet and exceed guest expectations.
- Communicate all customer concerns and comments to the Shift Leader to ensure best experience.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures and maintain excellent Customer Service Standards.
- Keep cashier area clean and organized.
- Make sure grill area is presented in a way consistent with our mission.
- Ensure kitchen completes orders in a timely manner and delivers them to customer.
- Confirm with customer that everything has exceeded their expectation.
- Protect the assets of the company.
Non-Essential Functions:
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and well-stocked restaurant to ensure the restaurant is presentable.
- Clean all areas of the restaurant, including but not limited to, stockroom, kitchen area, ensure all areas are properly clean, sanitized, and presentable to guests at all times.
- Keep inventory of supplies.
- Wear appropriate uniform, footwear, name tag, and maintain cleanliness of the uniform.
- Communicate effectively with Leader any customer concerns, complaints, product requests, etc.
- Must be able to work as an integral part of a team, assisting and communicating effectively with co-workers and guests.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy items, ranging from 25 to 50 lbs, and operate equipment, cash registers, etc.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and math skills.
- Ability to comprehend and follow all company procedures and regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.
- A courteous and efficient approach to handling customer requests, questions, and complaints.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to work as a team and contribute to a smoothly flowing experience for all customers.
- Ability to spend an extended period working in a standing position.
- Wear appropriate uniform, footwear, name tag, and maintain cleanliness of the uniform.
- Communicate effectively with Leader any customer concerns, complaints, product requests, etc.
- Must be able to work as an integral part of a team, assisting and communicating effectively with co-workers and guests.
