Pre-Trial Litigation Attorney

Compensation:

Starting at $90,000, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform legal research
  • Draft a variety of legal documents, including motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence
  • Evaluate client requirements, propose solutions, and formulate case strategies
  • Provide legal advice to clients by assessing their needs and recommending appropriate actions
  • Represent clients in court and present motions during legal proceedings
  • Conduct depositions (prior experience is beneficial but training will be provided)
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required
  • Licensed to practice law in New York State
