**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Plasma Center Operations Manager to join our team in [insert location]. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a similar environment and a high school diploma or equivalent.

**Key Responsibilities**

As our new Plasma Center Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising staff to ensure efficient plasma collections, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Providing clear and consistent instructions and directions, conducting meetings, and communicating performance expectations.
  • Facilitating donor movement throughout the center, minimizing wait times and processing.
  • Ensuring the center is staffed with the adequate number of personnel, monitoring time card reporting procedures, attendance, and utilization of overtime.
  • Conducting error investigations and developing recommendations for process improvements.
  • Participating in conducting performance appraisals, providing performance feedback, and assisting in maintaining employee training files, checklists, and performance evaluations.
  • May assist with recruitment and selection of center operation staff.
  • Adhering to and promoting compliance to company policies and procedures.
  • May assist with the development and implementation of marketing initiatives to increase donor retention.
  • Ensuring accurate recording of donor data in the electronic donor information management system, as outlined in SOPs.

**Working Conditions**

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions, and will be frequently exposed to hazardous chemicals, extreme temperatures, and to blood borne pathogens. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be required while performing specific tasks or in certain areas.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus options for health care benefits, including choices of plans for medical, dental, and vision, prescription drug coverage, company-provided basic life insurance and Short- and Long-Term Disability, the option to participate in our 401(k) Savings Program, Paid Time Off (PTO) for use in connection with vacations, illness, and other personal business, and paid observed holidays as designated by the Company.
