Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a pipeline of 40-60 loans on a daily and weekly basis
  • Process loans from application to closing, including collecting and analyzing documents, communicating with clients, and maintaining daily workflow prioritization
  • Order verifications, documentation, and follow-ups, ensuring all timeframes and compliance requirements are met
  • Verify conditions of approval, resolve title issues, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
  • Review and analyze documentation, interpret policies, and calculate borrower income
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Financial Services with Loan Processing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of processing, underwriting, and closing procedures
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills
  • Able to prioritize multiple competing tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
