About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Person to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees.
  • Assist in the maintenance of restaurant equipment, including oil fryers, HVAC units, and lighting systems.
  • Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors.
  • Change light bulbs and clean windows, stock rooms, and restrooms.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the exterior grounds, including landscaping and snow removal.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also need to be physically able to perform the duties of the job, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
